We continuously strive to ensure that our daily operations exceed compliance standards and are fully transparent. Central to this are the following elements:
- Company Management Plan: Developed by Grandis Timber CEO and submitted for review by our Board of Directors.
- Company Policies:Developed by the Grandis Timber management team and submitted for review by our Board of Directors.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): These are the primary management tools for guidance of our project operations.
- Forest Stewardship Council (FSCTM): Grandis Timber became the first forestry company in Cambodia to receive Forest Stewardship Council certification in 2012. FSC has earned a reputation as the world’s most rigorous and credible forest certification system
